There being no objection, it was so ordered. Amendment No. 1 was offered by Representatives Nelson and Kelly: Page 1, line 11: Delete "each judicial district in the state" Insert "each region of the state to give the commission a reasonable geographic balance among regions of the state" Representative Nelson moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 1 be adopted. There being no objection, it was so ordered. Amendment No. 2 was offered by Representative Kawasaki: 2007-05-01 House Journal Page 1020 Page 4, line 6: Delete "2014" Insert "2010" Representative Kawasaki moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 2 be adopted. Representative Kelly objected. The question being: "Shall Amendment No. 2 be adopted?" Amendment No. 3 was offered by Representatives Gardner and Gruenberg: Page 3, following line 18: Insert a new subsection to read: (h) All hearings of the commission are subject to AS 44.62.310. Hearings of the commission held under this section shall be noticed as provided in AS 44.62.190 and 44.62.200, and the hearings shall be conducted in accordance with the provisions of AS 44.62.210." 2007-05-01 House Journal Page 1021 Representative Gardner moved and asked unanimous consent that Amendment No. 3 be adopted.
